You are invited to join the River Sangha community as we gather each Wednesday evening. Our practice supports a mindful way of living as taught by Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh.
The Sangha is a place to quiet the mind, look deeply, and enjoy the wonders of life within and around us through the practice of silent sitting meditation, walking meditation, guided meditation, and reflective sharing.
Our community celebrates and promotes respect for all individuals. We welcome people from all spiritual traditions, sexual orientations, and racial and cultural identities. We are also happy to provide wheelchair access with advance notice.
